A shy Swedish boy, who’s dreams happen to become true. His life started in Sweden, playing football since a very young age. Football was everything, He just wanted his dream to become real. His football took a turn when he joined the senior team of Stockholm at just only sixteen years old. It was a breakthrough moment, scoring his first goal in his first start in February 2016. Surreal moment! Continuing to impress, he signed for a European underdog Borussia Dortmund. While the moment was big, Alex didn’t get as much game time as he wanted, this lead to his big move to Real sociedad on a permanent transfer, and did he shine! Scoring crucial goals for his team, 44 goals in 130 appearances and on top of that winning his team a cope del rey in 2020. His monstrous season secured his big move for £63 million to Newcastle. He spent three years at Newcastle, scoring many goals in the Premier League and even guided Newcastle in qualifying for the Champions League twice, Second time in 20 years! While he also scored in the final and semi-final against the biggest clubs in England, Arsenal & Liverpool, this lead to his best scoring performance in the 24/25 season scoring 27 goals in all comps, the only player who out scored him was of course Mohammed Salah. This paved the way for His big money move to Liverpool, it was never a doubt, he wanted to join the reds and be part of Slot’s massive project, becoming the most expensive Premier League signing of all time for £130 million.
